We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your original order date to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number as proof of purchase.

We do not cover the cost of the return shipping label.

To start a return, simply email hello@slowing.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund is issued.
