All orders are shipped from Montreal and within Canada are now carbon neutral within Canada.

For every tonne of greenhouse gas emissions (CO2e) generated, Canada Post removes one tonne of CO2e from the atmosphere by purchasing high-quality, verified and accredited carbon offsets. The environmental projects supported by carbon offset activities neutralize the greenhouse gas emissions created by parcel delivery.

There is a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your original order date to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number as proof of purchase. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping label. Learn more on the returns page.
