We currently deliver to Canada and the USA.

An order confirmation email will be sent upon completing your online purchase. Once your items have been picked and shipped, a second email will follow with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Additional customs and duty fees may apply to certain orders shipped to the USA which are not included in our flat-rate shipping cost.

Recycled Materials

All orders are shipped in boxes made from recycled materials.

Kraft Paper Tape

Every shipping box is sealed with a single strip of water-activated tape made from recycled kraft paper. No plastic tape is used.

Compostable Bags

All garments are packaged inside individual compostable clothing bags, which can later be discarded into any compost bin.

Biodegradable Packing Peanuts

Fragile items are protected using kraft paper and 100% biodegradable packing peanuts that are made entirely from starch. Our packing peanuts can be fully dissolved within seconds under running water.

Returns

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your original order date to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number as proof of purchase. 

To start a return, simply complete the form below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


DAMAGES & DEFECTS
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective items can only be replaced by Slowing and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCLUDED ITEMS

Certain items are which are classified as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items are listed below.

SHIPPING COST

Only eligible returned products are offered refunds, as the cost of shipping is not refunded. Additionally, we do not cover the cost of the return shipping label.

How to return

2. Print return label

Once we confirm your request, a shipping label will be emailed to you.

3. Package & Ship

Simply repackage your item and drop it off with your local courier.

4. Receive refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund is issued.
