Request a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your account using the same email address associated with your order. From there, select the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, a $15 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the original shipping cost from your order.

Items must be returned in original condition, packaging and within our 30-day return window as outlined in our policy below.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after your original order date to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number as proof of purchase.

We do not cover the cost of the return shipping label.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective items can only be replaced by Slowing and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain items are which are classified as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items are listed below.

SHIPPING COST

Only eligible returned products are offered refunds, as the cost of shipping is not refunded.
