Office Recycling Policy & E-Waste Management

Purpose: This policy aims to outline the procedures and responsibilities for the effective disposal and recycling of electronic waste within Slowing, utilizing Apple Canada's recycling program for Apple products and Staples Canada's recycling program for non-Apple devices and office supplies. This initiative aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible corporate citizenship.

Scope: This policy encompasses all forms of e-waste generated within the company, including computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and smaller office supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Team is responsible for adhering to the office recycling and e-waste disposal procedures.
  
• Slowing leadership is responsible for providing data wiping services and assisting in the safe disposal of e-waste, and for the collection and transportation of e-waste to recycling centers.
